VISA AND PERMITS

  • Teams must visit the website https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/ to determine visa requirements for their country of origin.

  • All foreign teams need a special permit to enter Arunachal Pradesh. Teams must endeavour to apply for their visa at the earliest to enable organizers to organize for special permits application process before 15th of September 2026

  • All teams must forward a copy of all team members' passports, Passport size photo, Visa and signed permit form (Sent by Organizers via email) to the following email ID: kineticmuller@gmail.com  

NEW DELHI AIRPORT

  • Teams are advised to connect directly from New Delhi Airport to Dibrugarh Airport, Assam.

  • Teams who want to travel to other parts of India are advised to plan it after the completed of the race.

  • Any teams looking for overnight accommodation and gear transfers assistance in New Delhi, Please contact the organizer.

  • Options are on request with direct payment. 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS DIBRUGARH AIRPORT TO AALO

  • Pre-event transfers from Dibrugarh airport, Assam, to Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh (5 hours), are included in the entry fee.

  • Post-event transfers from Mechukha to Aalo (6 hours) and to Dibrugarh airport, Assam (5 hours) are included in the entry fee.

  • Each team will have its own designated vehicle and driver for all transfers.

  • Team equipment will travel with the team on all transfers.

  • The race organiser will transport cycle boxes.

  • If transfers are required out of the official transfer times, contact the race organisers to facilitate. This transfer will be at an extra cost.

ACCOMMODATION

  • Accommodation will be homestay-based.

  • Two nights' accommodation in Aalo pre-event (Saturday and Sunday night) is included in the entry fee. Food at all homestays is for the team's own account.

  • One night accommodation in Mechukha (Saturday night) and one night accommodation in Aalo (Sunday night) post-event are included in the entry fee.

  • Food at all homestays is for the team's own account.

  • The race organizer will allocate and book the homestays once entry is received.

  • The approximate cost per room is $40 (Two people sharing). 

  • The approximate cost of food per day is $15 (Per person, depending on your preferences).

FOOD SHOPPING

  • Food shopping available in Aalo

  • Teams will have access to the team vehicle and driver for all shopping excursions.

TOURISM & ONWARD TRAVEL (OPTIONAL)

  • Teams that want to include onward travel to other parts of Arunachal Pradesh or other parts of India must contact ajita@nthadventure.com for advice and organisational support.

  • It is advised to plan all other travel to other parts of India after the event and not before.
