  • Teams arrive at Dibrugarh Airport, Assam

  • Team and equipment transfer from the airport to the local tourism office in Dibrugarh, Assam. Transfers included in entry fee.

  • Teams to leave cycle boxes at the local tourism office in Dibrugarh, Assam.

  • Teams transfer to Aalo accommodation, Arunachal Pradesh – 5 hours. Transfers included in entry fee.

  • Team members prone to motion sickness are advised to have medication available, as it is a winding road.

  • Teams’ accommodation in Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh.

  • Teams wishing to arrive earlier than Saturday are welcome to contact the race organisers. All accommodation costs prior to Saturday night will be for their own account. Saturday night accommodation is included in the entry fee.

SUNDAY 15 NOVEMBER IN AALO

  • 6h00: Cycle unpacking and testing.

  • 7h00: Event administration, registration, equipment inspection.

  • 8h00: Welcome ceremony.

  • 9h00: Event Briefing.

  • 13h00: Bamboo rafting prologue.

  • 14h00: Team questions and answers.

  • 20h00: Re-supply bags hand in.

  • Team accommodation in Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh. Accommodation included in entry fee

MONDAY 16 NOVEMBER

  • 5h00: Teams transfer to start.

  • 8h00: Race start

SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER IN MECHUKHA

  • 16h00: Flag parade.

  • 16h30: Awards ceremony dinner.

  • 18h00: Awards ceremony celebration.

  • Teams’ accommodation in Mechuka. Accommodation included in entry fee

SUNDAY 22 NOVEMBER

  • 6h00: Team and equipment transfers from Mechukha to Aalo – 6 hours. Included in entry fee

  • Teams’ accommodation in Aalo. Accommodation included in entry fee

MONDAY 23 NOVEMBER

  • 6h00: Teams transfer from Aalo accommodation to Dibrugarh airport – 5 hours. Included in entry fee

  • Team travels home or onwards travels in India
