The Sprint Adventure Race by NthAdventure brought the thrill of endurance racing to the rugged beauty of Durgadahalli, Tumkur, celebrating the spirit of exploration, teamwork, and adventure. Surrounded by Tumkur’s rustic charm and undulating countryside, the event transformed the region into a vibrant racing arena — where athletes tested their limits, discovered new terrains, and celebrated the essence of outdoor sport in Karnataka.
With 95 participants joining from across regions, the one-day race on 14th September 2025 offered a dynamic mix of formats designed for every level of adventurer — from individual challengers to experienced team racers.
Race Experience
Participants navigated through Tumkur’s raw landscapes, blending trail running, mountain biking, and orienteering. The routes took racers across scenic countryside paths, rocky stretches, and open farmlands — offering a true test of stamina and navigational skill.
The unpredictable terrain made every leg of the race unique. Athletes had to think fast, trust their compass, and make tactical route choices. From sprinting across dirt trails to pushing bikes up challenging inclines, every checkpoint became a new adventure.
Behind the Scenes
Bringing the Tumkur race to life took weeks of behind-the-scenes coordination. The NthAdventure team meticulously planned routes, mapped checkpoints, arranged logistics, secured local permissions, and managed on-ground safety. From flag-offs to finish lines, every element reflected the professionalism and passion that define NthAdventure events. Volunteers, timekeepers, and marshals ensured smooth transitions and fair play throughout the race day.
The weather stayed ideal for outdoor racing, and Durgadahalli’s diverse terrain — a mix of forest trails, open ridges, and rural roads — made for an exhilarating course that kept every athlete engaged from start to finish.
10 KM Trail Run Winners
The 10 KM Trail Run took athletes through the rugged trails of Durgadahalli, testing their speed, focus, and stamina on fast. Every twist demanded quick decisions and steady pace a pure test of trail-running grit.
